I love trupanion! By far the best insurance company out there! Always fast responses, quick to take care of a claim and all of their customer service employees are friendly/accommodating! No hidden fees or hoops you have to jump through. Love them!

so far try-anion has done zip for us except take our monthly premium. I told the rep that when we took our neighbor;s cat we DID not know of her preexisting conditions. but like all ins. co it's all about the bottom line - theirs not ours. thanks for nothing!

Every time I have to submit a claim, a pang of anxiety hits. But every single time I submit a claim I think, “wow! That was so easy!!” I am finally at the point where I look forward to submitting claims!

Having a Pets Best Insurance policy for my Sheltie, Bay Breeze, has definately relieved a lot of the financial headaches that I used to experience when an unexpected medical emergency would arise with my pets.
