Peace of Mind.

I am so glad to have Nationwide pet insurance !
BeBe is my first dog and had no idea about pet insurance. It is offered through my employer and I jumped at the chance to get it.
You never know what might come up. She is a member of my family and deserves to be treated as such. I am happy with Nationwide
for their insurance and their customer service.

I’m very disappointed in the sudden inflation with Nationwide pet insurance.
I’ve always been a huge fan. I’m very disappointed that my pet insurance has doubled in cost and am considering leaving. I will no longer recommend NPI

Worthwhile Investment
Could investment, good value. In some cases, meeting the Nationwide expectations for vet's Dx or description of service can be vexing, especially when vet claim is that information is complete and accurate.

Never regretted after switching to this insurance for both of pets!
Thankfully I have very healthy pets (a dog and a F2B Savannah cat). However, my Pitbull once in a while has one ear problem. Anytime our vet submit a bill - we are almost immediately reimbursed. Any question to a customer service is always accepted with the respect and understanding. Also it's really nice to have "one family" discount for multiple pets. I recommended this insurance to numerous of my friend and no one was disappointed. Thank you for your service!!

Smooth and easy process
I needed to submit an invoice with my claim and did so, but got an email the next day saying I still needed to submit an invoice. It was a little perplexing, but I sent the invoice a second time and it seemed to work. Not sure if there was a glitch? Other than that, very smooth and easy process.
