I Could Not Be More Satisfied …

I could not be more satisfied with my first claim with Pets best. Moving to a different country with our 4 dogs was scary enough and we wanted good insurance like we had back in the UK. We feel so far you have provided exactly what we were looking for. Wilfie is now fully recovered from his dislocated toe. We are very thankful. Mike and Gabi and our crew Molly, Wilfie, Betty and Arthur :)

Outstanding Customer Service!

The title says it all! In 2013, I was deciding on which company to pick for my dogs pet insurance. I am so glad I chose Embrace. The few times I called, the staff was caring and answered any questions. The vet that performed the surgeries on my dog, wouldn't fill out the claim forms. That is not a problem. I filled it out and submitted it with the receipts. Within a few days claims are being processed and within 2 weeks payment is sent. I let the vet know how wonderful Embrace is and any pet owner I see. As the saying goes"word of mouth is the best advertising."Embrace is more than a life saver, they're a pet saver!

As Of Late, I Have Had Multipl…

As of late, I have had multiple pet health issues and have needed to send in multiple claims. Have been very satisfied and pleased with the response time and payments. IF there is a delay in payment reimbursement, customer service is very kind and apologetic.

Excellent Service

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Embrace. I submitted my claim and day later I received an email to let me know that my claim was ready. They also reimburse the full amounts of my two claims. Then I called customer service, it took approximately 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone, but I Ms. Jen was very professional in answering my question. I wanted to update my reimbursement method to EFT and she was able to do that over the phone. I think the only thing I would recommend is to allow the customer to update the reimbursement account, just like the payment method. This is to alleviate the waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes. But overall, I am very satisfied with Embrace and its customer service.

Fantastic Comapny

I have had pet insurance since my dog was a year old. At age 6, she developed severe diarrhea and through an extensive workup, she was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease. Trupanion processed my claims very quickly and deposited into my checking account making it seamless. We have another dog who we also have insured, and thankfully, haven't need to make a claim. But knowing the experience we have had, I know it will be smooth if we should need them. Such an awesome experience for a very emotional/trying time.

I Had To Re-File A Claim Due T…

I had to re-file a claim due to the documentation being misread and questions not being asked. My original claim stated my other dog, not the one being having a claim filed for, had parasites. On this dogs documentation it stated that the other dog had parasites and that could be the cause of diarrhea and vomiting, but that was not the diagnosis. The diagnosis was unknown until further test results came back. Instead of PetsBest contacting me about this, they just denied the claim. The documentation clearly stated my other dog had parasite and this one did not. Regardless, I filed another claim explaining no diagnosis was found, and the claim was approved. It would have been quicker and more efficient to either call or email me with questions. Or even contacting my vet. Long story short, ask before denying if it is unclear.
