wish I had known about Embrace Pet Insurance before this. With a small company that is not a corporate giant really gets bonus points with me. Having the ability to go to any vet, anywhere, no networks, this insurance is better than my own healthcare. If I had know about it, we could have saved thousands, yes thousands, on my mother in law's dogs care. Bandit was allergic to almost everything and allergy testing is very expensive. Embrace would have covered it all. I also really love every the fact that before you buy you can have a free medical history review, so if there is a pre-existing condition that won't be covered you know up front.

Easy to submit claims and communicate with people! This is affordable pet insurance. No hassle. They wrote me an email to check on my dog after surgery.

I have four dogs, and all are covered by Embrace insurance. It is SO helpful! The dogs seem to alternate years in which each requires more medical care than the others. I have the confidence to know I can provide them the care they need and deserve, because Embrace is reliable and easy to use!

When we adopted our first ever dog 4 years ago, we decided to get pet insurance. After having indoor cats for 25 years, we felt a dog probably would get into more trouble vet visit wise, we were thinking porcupine quills, cars, etc. Never in our wildest dreams did we think our baby girl would be diagnosed with Lymphoma at 5 years young. I can't say enough about how wonderful Embrace has been for us. Firstly having insurance made it possible to seek out the best care for our girl. Our claims are submitted by the oncology practice and we have a check in less than 2 weeks. Our baby is in remission with 2 more treatments to go. There was a little problem with my vet getting all the information that Embrace needed but once that was accomplished everything went very smoothly. You couldn't ask for a nicer staff to help guide you through the process

I have a 6 month old Golden Retriever that was spayed and had complications after surgery. ASPCA reimbursed me within one week of submitting a claim. My pup is now much better! I don't have to worry about costly bills when my dog gets sick. Having ASPCA pet insurance is such a relief!!

We have had Healthy Paws for both of our German shepherds since they were 8 weeks old. One of them has severe allergies and has had multiple other health problems including a recent torn ACL requiring major surgery. Healthy Paws has always covered everything and been incredibly fast and easy to use. We submit claims using the app on our phone and have a check within a few days. Taika is the first dog of mine for whom I have insurance. I long thought about buying it, finally making up my mind to do so when I found out there was a puppy coming my way. A few years ago my sister bought pet insurance through Healthy Paws for her dogs and a friend had Healthy Paws covering her dog, but I still looked into other companies to be sure; in the end, I went with Healthy Paws for my puppy. Taika's been covered by Health Paws since Sept 2015; $500 deductible; 80% coverage. She had a couple of run-ins with porcupines. She once got poked in the eye. Healthy Paws makes it easy to upload the vet's bills and notes. Each time after doing so, I got an email from Healthy Paws, letting me know they received the paperwork. A second email followed soon thereafter detailing payment. Each time the check arrived about 1-1//2 weeks after I submitted documents. In early August I took 13-month-old Taika to the vet. She'd been vomiting on and off and wasn't much interested in food for a day or two, although she was still playful and running around. She ended up spending a week in the hospital, diagnosed with severe gastroenteritis. The bill was thousands of dollars. I uploaded pages of the vet bill and pages of the vet's notes. A day or so later, I received an email notifying the documents had been received, followed by an email detailing payment, and the check arrived about a week later. My sister had told me Healthy Paws was responsive when she'd submitted claims; reviews I read likewise noted the company responded quickly to claims. Based on my experience, the company certainly is responsive! I've gotten "we-hope-Taika-is-feeling-better" email from Healthy Paws--a kind and thoughtful touch. (When was the last time your insurance company sent you a nice note?!) Health Paws has certainly set a high bar in terms of pet insurance--they respond quickly and their customer service is excellent. I'm very pleased with Healthy Paws and highly recommend the company. From now on, my dogs will be covered through Healthy Paws.

My cavalier Daisy turned 7 and a half and she just went from routine care to needing a lot of extra medical care. Embrace has been fantastic- covering her holistic routine appointments and now her echocardiogram and bladder X-ray.I can't say enough good things.
