Great Insurance
I've been with Nationwide/VPI since 2006 and have been very happy with pet insurance, even though the costs go up yearly due to the age of my 2 yorkies, but would not know what to do without insurance

Great product, great service and now much improved payment turnaround time! Thanks!
I don't know what has changed, but what used to take 4-6 weeks to get paid is now days to less than a week. That alone keeps me from looking at other insurers options. Submitting the claim is a breeze on the Vitus App, and now payment through CQP, and quick turnaround on same is absolutely fabulous! I don't have to worry about affording and providing care to my fur baby for those emergency situations that add up quickly. GREAT JOB NW PET!

It was a great experience . My claimed was taken care of in no time .
Thanks for asking about my pup she is doing great . The lump they removed was benign and her teeth were cleaned and no teeth pulled the vet said she is in excellent health .
