Not yet impressed
I've had Pets Best insurance since October (2 months). I paid extra for the wellness policy add on. So far, I am not pleased or impressed with my coverage. Perhaps as the year unfolds I will feel differently, but so far, it seems they spend a lot of words explaining why nothing, or very little reimbursement is coming back to me.

Thank God for Embrace
We decided to get pet insurance after my brother-in-law had to pay a large sum of vet bills after their dog became ill. It was the best decision we made when we got our second dog. You see, since that time we have had 3 claims and everyone at Embrace has been wonderful. Processing claims are easy, customer service is on top of everything and they are very caring, always first questioning how our pet is doing. I don't know what we would have done without Embrace. It is difficult enough when our pets are ill, but knowing that the insurance will help takes a huge burden off of our shoulders. I was skeptical in the past about pet insurance, but after our recent vet bills that were covered, I will not go without again.

A SPECIAL SERVICE FOR DOG AND CAT OWNERS
Every once in awhile something comes along you can't believe. Well Embrace turned out to be the real thing. We have submitted several claims and they were paid immediately. It is worth joining. Our vet sends in the form with the proper docs and it seems before I get home that day, Embrace acknowledges they received a claim and will process it as soon as possible. We certainly realized Embrace may not be able to pay for all claims, but the ones we qualify for are paid to us very quickly. Their telephone service is second to none...We are glad to be on their membership list...and you will be too!

I felt "Embraced" after the loss of my pet
My sweet cat, Buddy, was diagnosed with HCM, a virtual death sentence. From his first visit to the ER and regular visits to our vet and, finally, to his euthanasia Embrace Pet Insurance was there for me. The claims were handled promptly and reimbursements came quickly. I really wanted to speak to the heart and soul the claims people at Embrace showed as I went from shock to grief. Throughout the process they were kind and sympathetic. I was overwhelmed with their caring after Buddy died. You wouldn't expect that, once the bills were paid and no "client" existed, to have the company reach out in the form of e-mails and cards and personal notes to let me know they felt my pain. It meant so much to me as I grieved his loss. I will find another furry baby soon (the house is too quiet)and one of the first calls I make will be to Embrace. They were wonderful.

my dogs took the mince pie
who knew that mince pie was poisonous, not my dogs for sure. $1600. later at the emergency vet s. IV fluids, overnight stay , lab work etc,etc,I had the check less than a week later from Embrace Ins, they are the best .asked how my dogs were etc. customer service ,,,the BEST

My dog, Gulliver, began vomiting shortly after midnight on a Friday night and continued to vomit every hour through the night. I brought him to my vet the following morning and they took xrays and gave him an anti-nausea injection. My vet advised me that if he continued to vomit, I should bring him to the emergency clinic since my vet's ffice was closing at noon on Saturday. Gulliver continued to vomit so I brought him to the emergency clinic where more testing was performed. Neither vet was able to conclusively state what caused the vomiting but Gulliver is fine now. This was my first time requesting reimbursement on my policy and the folks at Embrace processed my claims quickly and efficiently. I was/am very pleased with their service. Gold star, Embrace!

So glad to have Embrace!
My 2-year-old Cane Corso, Bella Star, has epilepsy and needs medication daily to control her seizures. Embrace covered her medication and processed my claim promptly and accurately.
Having Embrace Pet Insurance gives me peace of mind.
