I have 2 little female doxies and when I have had to take them in to the vet, I get nothing but the best service from ASPCA. They have called to check on my girls, they process my claims fast and they are the greatest people to work with. I have recommended ASPCA to new clients at the clinic, and have requested information be sent to my clinic.I have had other insurance companies and they do not compare to ASPCA.

We have had two claims in the past 2 years. Both times it had been handled very quickly. I am very pleased with the ease in making a claim and the speed for reimbursement. I recommend Pets Best all the time!

Our dog Lucy is a wonderful Rat Terrier mix that we rescued in 2013. She is a very smart and loyal dog. If we had to point out a "fault" in her, it would be her love of socks! Thankfully she's small enough where she can't swallow men's size socks, but she has managed to swallow 5 socks since we've had her. Thankfully, the first 4 she was able to expel on her own, but this last one was a larger woman's sock and she needed some help from our vet. We try to be ever vigilant in keeping socks out of reach, but she got this one somehow! (The little stinker!) I'm grateful for the wonderful pet hospital for helping our little Lucy and thanks to Pets Best insurance! I tell people all the time about how awesome it is to work with Pets Best! Very easy to file a claim and very quick reimbursement time!

My 8 year old Boarder Collie has been insured by trupanion since he was a pup. The rates have steadily risen every year and we've never filed a claim. Just got notice that this year we'll be paying over $125.00 a month. Will be looking elsewhere for our next pet. Not a happy customer!
