Super reliable and fast!
I’ve had lemonade home insurance for years now. Once offered the option for pet insurance I jumped on the opportunity. We’ve had a couple claims not, for vaccines ect. And we had a review and reimbursement within a day! Super happy with them and looking forward to the future

File a claim with ease.
Filed our 1st claim after Faith's appointment took less than five minutes for the entire transaction. Time is our most valuable resource and is limited to our busy lives, with that said, lemonade made it fast and efficient to file the claim.

Absolutely amazing investment
With two new English bulldog puppies that are my whole world, I researched insurance companies for weeks! I decided on Lemonade due to the amazing coverage, great pricing and immediate responses!

Best pet insurance ever!
Trupanion is an Awesome pet insurance! Every time I call and talk to someone in customer service they always go above and beyond to assist me. For example the ones I remember off the top of my head are ... Hannah, Kayla, Rhys... I have not encountered one bad rep ever. I’ve been very pleased with everyone’s help and friendliness.

I have had my policy for 8 years only having to use it once early on!
I have had my policy for 8 years only having to use it once early on! Unfortunately my furry son has not been well during the last week and has spent much time at the vet! I am grateful I can submit my receipts for monies paid and can look forward to a reimbursement for all minus the $200 deductible per illness! I look forward to a speedy payment!

Terrible experience - Embrace goes to great lengths to delay and not pay claims
I have had Embrace insurance on three of my dogs for about a year and never had to make a claim. My dog scratched her eye while she was scratching her ear, and needed to go to the Vet. They did an eye stain, determined the scratch was minor, and prescribed some medicine to put on the eye for a week. In total the initial vet visit and follow-up was about $250. I filed a claim with Embrace and provided the required paperwork and invoice. My annual deductible is $200, so I figured a couple days to process it and I would get a check for $50 to cover the claim. Well it's been over a month now. Embrace provides ZERO communication on claims status. When I would call to check the claim, they state they need additional health history information from the Vet. Then nothing happens for another week until you call again. And then they say they need some other health history documentation from the vet. No one can explain how a simple minor scratched eye injury requires such extensive health history documentation, or what the documentation is needed for. It's not like a dog scratching itself is a pre-existing condition. In my opinion, Embrace is a SCAM. I would encourage you to skip the fake glowing reviews, and read the reviews from real people on here that have had to file a claim with Embrace.
