I Appreciate That, Although I Mad...
I appreciate that, although I made a mistake and neglected to file in a timely manner, PB reviewed the case and came up with a positive outcome. Having paid my premiums on time all along, PB did finally award the benefits I am entitled to.

Great service!
I've never had pet insurance before and ASPCA makes it very easy to use. I love their online submission forms, I like how they track your claims and how much is left to claim in each category.

NO PAYOUT LIMITS!
#1 reason why I LOVE this insurance.... NO PAYOUT LIMITS and 90% COVERAGE! Seriously! Our dog is at over $100,000 paid out for her entire lifetime with this policy! Also, they have been so NICE to be able to pay my vet directly so I don't have to pay my entire bill and wait for reimbursement.Thanks Trupanion!!!

Thanks Pets Best for making an unfortunate situation a seamless process on your end. Always easy to work with, process for filing claims is simple and forth right. Rec'd check in the mail within a day or two of your email. Could do direct deposit, have chosen not to go that route. Appreciate your Pets Best emails also. Chalked full of great info to keep your pet healthy! Thanks again!
