Great customer service. Any time i’ve ever had to call them, they have been so nice and helpful! It really helps with all the things that need to be done to a puppy in the first year! i would recommend it to everyone!

Nationwide Pet Insurance coverage is a wonderful blessing, great benefit to an old lady's retirement budget.
Have had canines as pets for most of my life. Sasha Rose is the first one ever covered by pet insurance. Such a blessing. Fortunately she has not had to have any surgery like my last faithful companion, but she has a lot of allergies & digestive problems requiring special food and meds. We are blessed with a wonderful staff at Northern Animal Clinic, Midland, MI. Faye is still alive thanks to Nationwide
If it weren't for Nationwide we might not be able to give Faye everything she needs for the remainder of her life. Thanks to Nationwide we were able to figure out how to work with her auto-immune disorder and allow her to live a short, but healthy life. Each claim is super easy, the customer service is amazing, and after every tough vet visit we are able to relax a little bit knowing that we've got her covered since Nationwide has us covered. Every dog owner I meet I recommend Nationwide and swear by the peace of mind doggy insurance provides.

Handled in a timely manner
Our pugs have chronic eye conditions. Insurance has been very beneficial. It is very easy to file claims which are handled in a timely manner. We use automatic deposit so the entire process is very simple.

Great insurance, disgusted that my premium doubled
In 2008, I purchased insurance for our now late dog, Calvin. The premium was about $37.00 a month. At some point I upgraded and the premium went up a little. After we lost Calvin we adopted Wrigley and our premium was about $67 a month. It then went up to about $78, and this last jump went to $131 a month. Sadly, if I want insurance, I have to stay with you. Your insurance is very good, but I would not ever recommend it to anyone because my premium almost doubled with the last rate increase. I called and was told that it’s just the way it is.
