My kitten ate a ribbon and required xrays and an ultrasound to make sure it was not creating a blockage. Luckily he passed it and didn't require surgery! Submitting the claim to ASPCA took very little effort. It was easy to send the vet bill and information online. I was reimbursed very quick! I highly recommend ASPCA insurance!

We are very happy with Embrace pet insurance. Every time I call the customer service line, the call is answered quickly & the service representative is courteous & knowledgeable. We do not have to fight for our claims to be paid, when they are eligible for payment. The claims are also reviewed in a timely manner from date of submission.

I've been a vet tech for over 32 yrs. I've always been able to have procedures done in house and pay for it until Millie who had to have 2 root canals and caps on her molars. And now Xena with spinal cord disease. I've been extremely pleased with the service that Trupanion has provided!!! It's very obvious that Trupanion cares about pets! When researching pet insurance, Embrace stood out because of their wellness plan and customizable illness and accident plans. It's wellness plan coverage and price exceeded other competitors.The wellness plan has paid off completely in it's coverage for our two dogs. Their claim process is pretty simple and their communication throughout the process is very nice. I have recommended Embrace to family members who have also purchased insurance through Embrace. Thankfully I have not had to use Embrace for an accident or illness, but I can rest easy knowing I can get my sweet boys the care they need and not worry about finances.
