I was very grateful that I had this insurance in place for Jackson's surgery!
Was I ever thankful to have this insurance in place when my dog tore his CCL and was in need of surgery! I submitted the claim and within one week received a check for 90% reimbursement. I will not be giving up this insurance...you just never know when you could be faced with a major vet bill! Having this insurance in place gives me peace of mind.

Very Friendly! They really care!
ASPCA insurance has great comparable rates and great customer service. After a particularly bad few weeks where our pup was in and out of the Vet, they personally called me to see how she was doing! Their app is great and easy to use. Sometimes the claims take 2-3 weeks to process but they do a great job overall!

Great experience - very pleasantly surprised!
I always heard horror stories about pet insurance companies, but when I bought pet insurance, FIGO was my choice. At crunch time, when my dog needed significant treatments, FIGO was there every step of the way and I didnt have to worry about the money when making choices to give my dog the best care possible. Thanks FIGO!

Hot Spot Revew
I like Nationwide so far because Vet files claims to Nationwide and I don't have to worry about paperwork errors and then Nationwide expedites reimbursement checks quickly back to me. I have far less likely to wait on an issue now because of lack of money for the vet. Gives me piece of mind I am doing the right thing. . (PS, contact information provided is confidential).

Reimbursement slowing
The time it takes to be reimbursed for a claim has literally doubled since we first signed up 3 years ago. This is disappointing, and an inconvenience. Hopefully there are plans to improve service levels.

Dachshund IVDD
Thank you so much. I never thought my dachshund would require back surgery—we’ve done all we could to keep him healthy. Embrace was recommended as covering breed-specific issues. First Claim experience
I recently filed my first claim with Pets Best for a wellness check with vaccinations. The claim process was super simple, the processing and payment were very timely. This is my first experience with pet insurance and I am highly impressed with Pets Best!
