In May, 2015 My Dog Was Seriously...
In may, 2015 my dog was seriously attacked by another dog while walking in our neighborhood with me, then this year she had to have mast cells removed and this summer experienced flea s from a pet friendly lodging. All claims processed expediently, but it appears my premium increases with each usage of the insurance. The premiums are not excessive for our benefits we receive, however.

AMAZING service!
Nationwide is amazing, and amazing to say the least. My check did take a few weeks to be reimbursed, however not only was 100% reimbursed but when I called to talk to someone about how long it was taking; they started tracking it down and told me after 30 days to call them again and they would send another out immediately. Customer service was great due to the fact that she was acting as if the check was hers! (even though she knew it was mine!) she was friendly and very resourceful!

Fast, compassionate & reliable
During my Lulu's emergency surgery yesterday I received calls about the preapproval process from Trupanion reps and every time they were very compassionate to my situation and it was comforting. He process was not long and everything worked out!! I don't know what I would do without my Trupanion insurance!!

Fast claim processing
My dog swallowed an entire bully slice (not bully stick) which could have caused a serious intestinal obstruction if the vet hadn't made him vomit to get it out. He needed an x-ray to confirm he had swallowed it and of course the x-ray was the most expensive part of the visit. My claim was processed quickly and reimbursement received in a timely manner. Second ACL surgery - all good
Our lab mix has had ACL surgery on both sides now. Left last year, right this year. Both times the claim was paid as outlined by the policy and in a timely manner. My vet submitted the claim for me. Couldn't be easier. I wanted a high deductible plan for our dogs and I'm so happy to have found this coverage with Embrace. I've recommended them to all of our friends with pets.
