Great insurance for my dog and they are very nice and supportive.

I’ve had healthy paws for my accident prone lab retriever since 2017. The customer service is amazing. I’ve only needed to contact them a few times over the years but they were quick to help each time. While their monthly rates for the Chicagoland area have increase over the years, I cannot begin to explain how much they have covered for my dog. They keep it super simple. Just upload the itemized receipt. I take a picture of the receipt while I’m at the vet and just submit that through the app. I’ve been getting reimbursed 80% for everything after the first $250 that I pay for nala. They don’t cover preexisting so it’s good to just get on board with health insurance while your dog is young. Again, we have frequent visits to the vet because nala likes to play so hard and keeps getting hurt, but it feels great to have healthy paws on our side. They honestly are the best.

It’s easy to file my claims, they reimburse so quickly and the customer service has always been efficient and helpful.

Definitely recommend Nationwide pet insurance. Having pet insurance has saved me so much money on my vet bills especially having a dog who has allergies and sensitive stomach issues. Best investment ever is having pet insurance . Also I noticed that the insurance checks are coming a lot faster now . It used to be about a month but now it seems like 2 weeks . I had three cutaneous mast cell tumors removed from my baby girl Ali. Within two weeks of submitting my claim I had received my reimbursement, hassle free. I'd like to add that any time I have spoken with someone whether it via email or over the phone they have been professuonal and kind.
