Life saver
Not sure what I would do without this insurance. My Mia was diagnosed with Cushings disease and high blood pressure. There have been so many tests. It's been a lifesaver having the insurance. It makes dealing with her illness a little more bearable. You have made it so easy to submit claims and so easy to get the reimbursement, and at a very affordable price. Thanks to all who have helped my Mia!

After initial new customer bump, having this insurance is the bees knees!
Being new to the pet insurance business, I didn’t realize what was actually needed to file a claim (dr notes, past history, etc). So I was frustrated at first. It once I was able to get everything submitted, the claim/reimb process is super easy and super fast!

The most awesome pet insurance company ever!
I've tried pet insurance companies in the past, but NONE compares to ASPCA! They genuinely care about your pet, are prompt on claim paying, call to check on your pet, and are always available to assist you. I've recommended them to many people and will continue to use them, thank you ASPCA!

very fair and understands your concerns
I recently rescued and had no knowledge of her medical condition. My vet and I had to start from scratch on her health. I wanted to have her check out completely meaning all test blood uti all of it. Nationwide wanted her health records a year back I did not have them and told them that. It took awhile but they finally realized that I had none and that and realize what they had was all they had to work with. I was concern that they would not cover her because of that, but they finally came through and did pay some claims.
