Excellent service, simple to submit a claim. They covered everything according to the plan without any delays. We received the reimbursement before the credit card bill came in. They are nothing but con artists and liars. They take your money, promise refunds you'll never see, and deny your claim for obviously false reasons. My baby fell from a cat tree and they denied my injury claim stating I had no illness coverage at the time of the incident! Like um, hello, you just said your denying my INJURY claim because I don't have illness coverage? Well, probably cause it wasn't an illness, it was an INJURY! I've seriously considered taking legal action against them due to the fact I've sent numerous emails with no response. They are purposely ignoring me. Smells like a bad faith lawsuit in the works
