I'd recommend Pet's Best to anyone

I called because my claim needed attention. The image of my receipt wasn't legible. I resubmitted with a new picture of the receipt and called to see if that was all I needed to do. Wendy was professional, caring and very helpful. She checked the uploaded image and said it still was blurry. She offered to call my vet and have them fax the invoice directly to Pet's Best. She then offered to call me back and let me know the results of her call. I had let my vet know that they could get paid directly from Pet's Best and if anyone was inquiring about pet insurance, Pet's Best was indeed the Best. I had told Paula this when I paid my vet bill, before I even started my claim. I'd recommend Pet's Best to anyone looking for a pet insurance company that cared about it's pets and owners as much as I care about my pet. Thank you so much, Heather and Sammi

Outstanding Service

Good insurer

I have had Pets Best for years! I really like them and considering how long I've had them there has never been an issue. I never have had an issue when I call in, customer service is great. Only problem and it's happened maybe 2 times in 10 years is backlog of claims. It's taken a little longer than 10 days. But seriously that's the only thing that I can find that isnt perfect and it's happened minimally.

Lifesaver

After a very large vet bill for orthopedic surgery on our Great Pyr The claim was submitted by emailed and paid within 3 weeks directly to our bank. your claims service has been super.

I feel good about having Insurance with you. I know youll be there for Dori kitty

It was such a relief knowing that I had insurance with my baby was sick. I didn't have to worry about where the money would come from. It is easy to complete the forms and send in. It is usually a quick turn around time. I love the new direct deposit feature.

They suck

I submitted 4 claims from January to February, it took over 90 days for them to even review my claims. I called multiple times, and was told each time that they were “under review of medical records,” after another month passed, I called again to be told “we are waiting on your vet to send records they never received”. Meanwhile I called my vet and had proof they had sent everything in 2 months prior. I then got my records and emailed them myself. A week later, everything was denied due to “pre existing condition” for atopic dermatitis, when my dog had never been seen for atopic dermatitis. They also didn’t even take those claims as my $250 deductible, to then deduct that from an ER visit and only send me a check for $85, for a bill that was over $300. I immediately canceled my policy. This was the biggest waste of money. I’d suggest just putting money aside for your pet in case of an emergency instead of using this BS insurance.
