Great new customer service
I trust the breeder who recommended Trupanion. The gentleman on the call was kind, patient, and didnât have an attitude of oversell. He explained options clearly and treated customers as if they could consider the information and think for themselves.

Problem setting up on-line acct
Sales rep was very helpful and patient. My main problem was trying to set up an online account. It kept rejecting my password. I called a service representative and neither of us to get it to work. Also after I gave the sales lady my info abd set up the deductible to be adjusted after 30 days, I still kept getting emails telling me I needed to do something or my insurance would lapse after Jan 16. Again I called another customer service representative to see if I was completely enrolled and had done all I needed to. I think I got 5 emails after spending an hour on the phone with your agent. Just unnecessary emails to have to go through to make sure I had done everything.
