Fetchpet Insurance is A Bunch of Crooks!
I submitted a claim for my baby on 2/10/23 w/paid bills attached and his records from the vet.. I was told my claim would be paid in 5-7 days with ACH deposit. Then I was told 15 days. Today, I was told the rest of his records were needed. Fetchpet was sent his med documents with the claim. Now I’m being told I can’t be reimbursed?!! I just cancelled both policies on my two babies and I will NEVER recommend Fetchpet to anyone! I basically paid four months of premiums for NOTHING! because these clowns are not reimbursing me for my baby’s claim I submitted on 2/10/23. Freaking Thieves!!!

Because it takes you too long to satisfy a claim. If my payments to you were late you'd cancel me yet I have to wait several weeks for any resolution to my claim

Extremely happy with Trupanion coverage
Trupanion is so easy to settle claims. This was our third large claim and had no problems getting the claim processed and paid.

Rip off exspensive
Can’t believe they put my rate up $176….try to make a claim and comes back it’s not covered, what do I need to do wait until my dog breaks a leg or what. Shameful

Lemonade is an amazing pet partner
My dog was just diagnosed with diabetes at 7 1/2 years old. I filed my first ever claim to Lemonade for it and was treated kindly and fairly. They obtained the extra information they needed directly from the vet, approved my claim, and paid my 80% after deductible to my bank account quickly. They have continued to handle my claims quickly as we stabilize my girl’s insulin. I am so happy that I have Lemonade insurance for my dogs, they have helped ease the stress of this difficult time.
