They've always been very upfront and thorough in their explanations, and I've contacted customer service through chat multiple times for any question or clarification, and they always had the answer.

I like the concept but I think the $200 deductible is a bit much per incident.
I like the concept but I think the $200 deductible is a bit much per incident. I guess it evens out if the deductible pertains to related injury...I guess I am used to dealing with deductibles per year that's all - just a different concept.

Easy to set up and I can worry less about large expenses from the vet
It was extremely easy to call and set up. I love the fact that I don't have to worry as much about expensive vet bills if there is ever an accident or illness with my pet. I have always just had to put these types of bills on credit cards when they happened and pay them off.
