Unbelievably great customer service!
I can't say enough great things about Embrace's customer service. My dog unfortunately ended up at the Pet ER (prior to having insurance) and by the time I submitted my first claim the server at the Pet ER had been down and they were unable to access my dog's records AND they had no details on when it would be up and running. I was so frustrated and nervous that if those records were gone for good, I'd be screwed out of pet insurance for my dog. But, I spoke with the customer service and they offered to contact Pet ER as well as my primary vet to check for any records and I'm not sure how they got them, but later that day, my claim was covered! So incredibly thankful for their patience and time to take care of my issue.

Truly a peace of mind having insurance. But to also have the filing of the paper work so easy... it's one last thing to worry about.

Great insurance, great service
The insurance pays as agreed with no hassles. Claims take a couple weeks, so it would be nice if it were faster, but that's not a big deal. I'm definitely satisfied.

As a customer since 2015, I have questions regarding my new Nationwide Pet Insurance Policy to take effect December 7, 2019
Attached is the notification including increase of my premium for the coming year.
1. Why did it increase from $75.55 a month to $81.31 a month What were the reasons please explain as that would be helpful to know
2. It is the same plan Whole Pet with Wellness, $250 deductible with 90% refund
3. In reviewing please confirm that any surgeries are also covered as I believe so and that is why I chose this plan four years ago but when I go online to my account, I do not see that detail if you could please direct me to that section
4. Have all my discounts been applied?

Excellent coverage, super-fast claim handling
I've submitted a few claims to Figo, and they've always been handed quickly, with very clear and fair explanations of what was covered. I've very pleased with my Figo pet insurance plans.

Suggest allowing people to make changes to policy online
Hi,
I like Nationwide Pet Insurance. I haven't really had any problems. The only thing I would suggest is to allow people to make changes to their plans online. Calling in to make changes is a pain.
