Seamless claims & customer service
I just had my first claim experience with Embrace... What a breeze! Shortly after my vet visit, I received an email telling me when I could expect my reimbursement check and it arrived before the estimated date. I felt very satisfied with this as my first experience with Embrace and would recommend them to others based on their thoroughness & efficiency.

Very reliable and great customer service
Had to file a number of invoices for an ongoing illness for my dog. Customer service people were very professional and helpful.I've been with Embrace for 5 years and very happy with their services.

Overall positive experience with ins.
I think your ins. program has improved. I was surprised at how quickly I received a response. I have had your ins. for years and I am very satisfied. My only suggestion is that you review your recurring illness policy and perhaps make it more appropriate to reality-illnesses recur and/or take longer than expected to resolve, just like in people. If someone is paying ins. for years and rarely making claims, I would think that some fairness should be involved by your company.

Got ripped off
I thought when i had my dog spaded, the insurance would cover it. Wrong,it was lumped in with wellness care.I think that should fall under surgical cost? O that's right only you put $200 out and $500 i paid thats nice profit 300 bucks. Sorry for not reading fine print.

Great job on Wellness claims
Embrace has been great in processing the wellness claims. I haven't had to file any other type of claim recently, but I can say that the customer service at Embrace is always great. They are super friendly and informative. Sometimes a little slow in processing, but they always get it done!

Fast reimbursement
Cannot say anything but great about Embrace's quick reimbursement for my both of my dogs' neutering bills. I am very happy with the Wellnes program!!!

Excellent!
Very good customer service. They take the time to listen. I fax my claims and receive a response the next day through email saying that they received the claim and will send a reply within twenty four hours. I have direct deposit, and I feel this is the best way to go. My cat, Oreo, is 10 years old and recently diagnosed as a diabetic.

Without tru panion my dog puppy would not be here!
My bull mastiff was 11 months old when he collapsed for the first time. We brought him to the emergency room to find out be has what is called super ventricular tachycardia. Long story short my doctor bills were over 7,000.00 dollars and tru panion paid 90% of every bill after the $500 deductible was paid. They also cover 90% of his heart medication that he will be on for the rest of his life. Thankyou to Tru Panion for saving my dogs life. Your company is #1 in our eyes.
