Speaking to the trupanion representative was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time making a claim for or puppy and we were guided through the steps in a clear manner. It made the entire process painless, easy, and reminded us how glad we are that we chose to use trupanion for our puppy.

First time using claim and not as easy as it's made to seem. It may work better for offices that can do it directly but will have to see. Overall, contact with customer service has been friendly and resolving.
