Do not waste your money on this company, we got this insurance because vet recommended and we thought it was the best. Our poor puppy is now in the fight of his life because this horrible company had labeled him with a pre-exiting condition. To be clear our poor puppy hasn’t been diagnosed with anything yet. And with a mix up between the vet writing down something we didn’t say or fabricating on what we said they will not cover or pay our claim because they say we noticed signs two weeks prior to the 30 day waiting period. My husband and I have been battling g with this company to cover the claims because the reports are wrong. But god for bid they want to ever help any pet with a possible issue. They have now complete screwed us over and our child because of this. They clearly do not care about your pets it’s all about the money.

Chester is doing much better, thank for the email checking up on him. He still has an ear infection but it is much, much better. It is nice to know that Nationwide clearly does care about pets. Claims are always processed rapidly and with no issues. Customer service is always so nice and helpful.

Having pet insurance takes a lot of worry out of the way. We didn’t have it for our first dog & learned the hard way. We have been very happy with nationwide. It’s very straightforward and easy.

When my dog got injured I have to admit I had that additional concern I would have to jump through hoops to get my claims paid for her treatment. I am grateful to say it was the complete opposite. Nationwide has been wonderful through out this entire process of my dogs treatment. They are wonderful anytime I call with a question and the turn around time with them paying a claim or providing an update has been beyond timely. Thank you again Nationwide
