Excellent customer service to questions, claims etc

Filing claims electronically is easy
Filing claims are easy and refunds deposited into the account you select..you must manage your email and follow instructions to finish process but they are not difficult

So easy, the best
Only recently got insurance for my 4 year old dane. They cover everything, including wellness, except pre-existing conditions. The claims process is done on an app and is easy as can be.

Great insurance
I really wish my own health insurance service was as good as the service I received for Weston from Nationwide. I was speaking with customer service regarding some minor help with the website and the rep asked about how Weston was doing. At the time he was having a small ear problem. The rep immediately took control and asked when I had submitted my claim so that he could provide me a status. At the time I had not submitted a claim, but did so about an hour after the phone call. The entire process was easy and efficient! Absolutely excellent experience!

Love Embrace!!!!!!!
The dreaded day came when my dog had to use his insurance. Embrace was awesome!!! They paid everything so quick!!! It was so easy to make the claim! Embrace was a great decision!

This is why we have pet insurance!
Like most insurance you pay for, you hope to never have to use it. For the average well visits, etc, having insurance has not been much of a help, but when our dog developed gastrointestinal issues which necessitated weeks’ worth of treatment including tests, IV fluids and medications, etc. and our bills added up to over $3000, we got 2/3 of that back after making our insurance claim. That was a huge help to us, and I am very satisfied and pleased with how Nationwide handled this. Thankfully she is fine now.
