Reliable service
After a dog bite incident, we spent all Christmas morning in the emergency vet hospital with our Chocolate Lab puppy, Willow. We have a great relationship with our usual vet so to spend that time with new people in a unfamiliar place was a little uncomfortable for us and for Willow. I knew, however, that with her Pets Best coverage that she could get all of the necessary emergency medical attention. The claim was submitted and payment received within 3 days which was especially amazing considering the holidays! Thank you so much!

Cannot say enough
I can not say enough about what Pets Best have done for our dogs this past year. We are now experiencing issues with our older pet but having pet insurance helps deal with the issues much easier. I tell everyone that is a pet parent about Pets Best & the importance of pet insurance. I do not care about referral credit from the company. I just want pet parents to get informed about their pets healthcare and remember they need coverage also.

Speedy

Pre-existing conditions
I think the approach to pre-existing conditions for a dog is a little ridiculous. A dog having an ear infection is not, in my view, a pre-existing condition. There was another claim, where I felt the pre-existing condition denial was a reach.
