Straightforward
I had obtained pet insurance after another dog in my household got very sick. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it for Riley, except for his annual trip to the vet's office. The website was straightforward to use, and I received a decision very quickly. It certainly helped to have direct deposit, as in less than a week from the appointment, I had the money in my account!

Hassle free
Was pretty much hassle free. Took a picture of the receipt.. sent it in... waited for claim response which was fairly quick.. and received an explanation as to what I was and was not getting paid for and why.

Easy to understand
The claim process was very easy, response was quick, and itemized breakdown of claim was easy to understand. Recommend adding a remaining amount left for the wellness plans with claim. For example, $20 remaining for vaccinations in plan.

Paid fair
Claim form was super easy to fill out and upload the receipt. Claim was paid fair according to your policy and received payment within a couple of days. I'm very happy that I chose this pet insurance.

Keeps my pet healthy
I am able to keep my cute and sweet beagle healthy because I know when he needs medical care and help I can afford to pay on my credit card because I will be able to pay it off when I put in a claim with you.
