Better service than I get with my human health insurance!

Competitive rates and great customer insurance. I just filed 2 claims and the were taken care of promptly and with no surprises. Also, the sent a personal not asking how my dog was doing after being hospitalized.

Bud's MiMa

Wow! Quick response time and dependable. The only improvement would be possibly training the vet clinics that partner with Trupanion so all paper work goes smoothly from clinic to Trupanion. Our vet clinic didn't know how to access the correct procedure or information to submit a claim so I had to do it. Possibly a training podcast or video for vet clinic staff would be helpful? Overall really happy with decision to purchase pet insurance.
