Ridiculous
Cat had a fever and a viral infection. Vet also thought she Might have asthma.
All claims denied because she apparently had asthma and it’s pre existing. Fevers do not present in asthma alone.
Took them 6 weeks to deny my claims. I look forward to the appeal process

There When We Needed Them The Most
We purchased pet insurance because we never wanted to be in a position to have to choose between our pet's health and the cost of major health issues. We chose Healthy Paws because of its reasonable premiums, fast claims turnaround, and easy to understand policy. I was pleasantly surprised that you accepted admissions past the stated deadline...you should make that public knowledge so that people like me think it is too late so don.t submit....or is that the idea?
