Expensive
I feel this company has great benefits and are very timely, however my insurance for each dog was increased by $100 or more from last year. I think that is a bit ridiculous and I will need to shop around for another insurance.

Won’t cover claim for hip supplement and remedy that was previously covered for chronic conditions.
At this point I would not recommend this insurance. Truly not worth the effort of contacting my vet and having them contact Trupanion a number of times for homeopathic treatment of hip Dysplasia that the dog was diagnosed with at 2 and had been insured for since 1 1/2. I pay extra for a rider that includes homeopathic treatment yet the company does not understand how this care works. Battling for a $13.00 remedy and a $50. 00 supplement that have been covered in the past for treatment.

Nationwide review
Nationwide reviews and pays quickly. They don't cover everything but they didn't say they would.

No worries
When my dog recently got into the trash and ate potentially dangerous chicken bones, it was nice to be able to focus only on making sure he was ok and not "how am I going to pay for this?" The claims process was easy and I was reimbursed quickly.

After our doggie experienced a horrific injury the insurance paperwork was surprisingly minimal.
It took 8 months for our dog to heal from a horrid injury. Through it all the insurance company was always helpful. They paid for several procedures without delay.

Came through for us
My dog was diagnosed and treated for a behavioral condition. I wasn't really thinking about it being a covered benefit, therefore I didn't file the claim until a couple of months later. I wasn't really sure Pets Best would cover it. Filing the claim was very easy and it was covered within ten days. Halfway through PB notified me that they were experiencing a high volume of claims and that's why it took a few days longer. So happy they came through for us! Very pleased with Pets Best.

Thanks for Giving Us Peace of Mind
We have submitted several claim for our dog, as he has year round atopic dermatitis. He also recently broke and tooth and had to have surgery. Without VPI, we would not be able to keep him on his needed allergy pills or afford emergencies, like his broken tooth!

Very easy process to file the claim. Overall, very satisfied. Thank you! This was my first experience with Pet Insurance! This is our only child, we wanted to make sure we could afford healthcare for him if he needed it!
