Very fast processing and reimbursement
Very fast claims processing and reimbursement. All of my vet's sent in their med rec's as soon as I asked them to, and they sent them directly to Healthy Paws. So I'm sure that helped expedite processing of my claims. Except for not paying for exams including emergency exams they paid for everything else at exactly 80% after deductible. Best pet insurance so far.

Trupanion honestly cares about our fur babies! The people who take care of you on the phone are sweet, empathetic, and caring. You promptly take care of the insurance and keep us abreast of it via email. Some animals would surely be in bad shape without your help. Thank you for all that you do!

Great Support
My boy has lymphoma at 2 years of age. It is extremely stressful to manage. Trupanion gives me the support I need to help him in his hour of need. Very timely processing of my claims. Very glad I have Trupanion insurance??

Trupanion is ON IT!
Trupanion is on it! As soon as I send in my claim and supporting docs, they acknowledge it and keep me in the loop as to it's processing.
