I am happy to have them! I have 4 little ones and it is nice to know that if I have a problem/accident with one of them, I do not have the added stress of HOW am I going to pay for the vet bill. I get HeartGuard and Flea/Tick MED’s. Annual visits and teeth cleaning if needed. I must admit that I do not like the fact that the price has gone up a lot since I have been with them. I also must admit that one of my kids has pancreatitis and it only covers ONE time with that diagnosis a year. That hurts when your little one is suffering and your have to find the extra funds to pay for it and pay for the insurance that only pays once a year for that dx. On a scale of 1-10, I would give 8. I do recommend to others and have looked around at other insurance companies, they may be cheaper, but not give you what I get here.

The system is user-friendly and extremely easy to use. I'm so happy I have pet insurance.

It took more than three weeks for my claim to be reviewed due to "unusually high volume". I supplied all requested records and the company requested more. The entire process was not efficient, but was complicated and frustrating. Regardless of my claim being denied, I found customer service inadequate and the delays extensive.

The claims process, was very easy. Trupanion was responsive via email and they were accurate in expected timing upon receiving a reimbursement. The support is very much appreciated throughout these tough times.

I didn't know Embrace covered such a wide variety of claims. I thought only accidents were covered, but they cover illness as well. Thank you Embrace. I thought the premiums were costly, but I've come to find out I'm the one benefitting ( and my cats)☺🐱

The company pays well without any hassle. Very easy to file a claim.

I've been with Nationwide pet insurance for some time now. It is well worth the cost. My 10 year old golden a couple of years ago had to have his gallbladder out. It was so helpful to have this insurance behind us!! We were able to concentrate on getting our guy better and not worrying about the cost so much.
