Insuring your pet with Nationwide Pet insurance is one of the best ways to say "I love you" to your pet.

Good overall, could have done more onboarding for me

I thought it was so cool that you have an app to submit claims, but I downloaded the nationwide app and spend several days getting my access denied and had to use the website to submit my first claim. In the welcome process, it would have been easier for me if you had specified which app (vitusvet) I should be using, and I hope that's the right app. Other than that, I'm happy with the service and look forward to many healthy years with my pup in good hands.

Overall happy with the insurance except for 1 claim that was a blood test and nationwide didn’t cover it

Like I said twice my vet put in a claim that was fora blood panel for $180.00 dollars and nationwide didn’t cover it because there wasn’t enough information on the test all though other test just like that were covered in the past. Just a little upsetting.

ASPCA Customer Service is knowledgeable, caring, and takes time to answer your questions.

I am pleased with ASPCA. When I first investigated ASPCA they explained the program and how it works. The program has worked as explained and with a doberman with cancer I have worked with their Customer Service multiple times. I have recommended this company to other pet owners.

Happy to Have Them

I am happy to have them! I have 4 little ones and it is nice to know that if I have a problem/accident with one of them, I do not have the added stress of HOW am I going to pay for the vet bill. I get HeartGuard and Flea/Tick MED’s. Annual visits and teeth cleaning if needed. I must admit that I do not like the fact that the price has gone up a lot since I have been with them. I also must admit that one of my kids has pancreatitis and it only covers ONE time with that diagnosis a year. That hurts when your little one is suffering and your have to find the extra funds to pay for it and pay for the insurance that only pays once a year for that dx. On a scale of 1-10, I would give 8. I do recommend to others and have looked around at other insurance companies, they may be cheaper, but not give you what I get here.
