She answered my questions in a timely fashion and explained to me that our dog's periodontal issues were unfortunately not covered under the policy but also offered options and suggestions which I truly appreciated--She genuinely cared about helping us. We had our Molly, spayed on August 27th and submitted a "Wellness" claim for her care, through our vet. The claim was handled quickly and we were kept appraised of it's status, throughout the process!!
