Was disappointed and not clear why the annual check up was not covered. Some thing were not accepted this year that were paid in the past.

I am thankful I did not have to make a decision about my pet's care and treatment based on cost.
VetHelpline is amazing. I had my pups who had ingested Naproxen in the ER within 2 hours thanks for the toxicologist.

I cannot thank Pets Best enough
I cannot thank Pets Best enough. Unfortunately my puppy has been through a lot in his short life and since I got him on insurance the day before I even brought him home, he had no pre-existing conditions. I've received coverage for all of his medical conditions and I don't know what I would have done without this. Thank you for giving me peace of mind during these really stressful times.

Nationwide pet insurance does what it says it does.
My vets preventive care visit was covered and paid quickly. When my pet was poisoned by something she ate, Nationwide pet insurance covered the emergency care and clinic stay at 90%. It is simple to upload vet bills to Nationwide and reimbursement is made quickly.

Easiest Insurance Claims and Payment Process Ever!
Dealing with Nationwide Pet since we got our puppy has been the easiest thing ever! I am able to file the claims easily from my mobile phone. Setting up the insurance was easy as well and very well explained as to what benefits I would want to purchase or not. Reimbursements are VERY timely! And all communications from Nationwide Pet make me feel like you really care about my puppy Colt! The messages always seem to be personalized and genuine! Thanks for providing great coverage for my four-legged fur baby!
