Very fast review, communication and payment. I am very pleased with the service I got, very blessed this is my 1st claim in the 8 1/2 years of the policy! I highly recommend Trupanion

After meeting the deductible, Nationwide has paid on claims submitted per the policy. Filing the claim was easy to accomplish electronically. Premiums are higher than other pet health insurance agencies, but I think in the long run it will all balance out.

When we first took our dog home a few years ago, I went with a pet insurance company that was highly rated online. 1 year later I was burned by them doubling our monthly premiums despite having ZERO long term complications with our dog. Only routine vet visits. I made the switch due to my company offering an employee deal. I was very hesitant to go with a large insurance company, assuming that Nationwide was going to be much more focused on their larger book of business (Home, Auto, Etc.) Since switching to Nationwide I have been amazed each step of the way. They are very quick with handling claims and every customer service representative I have spoken to have been incredible. I am very happy with my switch!

I’m so glad that I purchased Nationwide Pet Insurance. It has helped us take care of our beloved pup when we may have been unable to without it due the cost of a visit. The 90% reimbursement definitely helps. Customer service is great. They were very patient and explained everything to me for the questions I had. Filing a claim Is so easy now with online claims.

Excellent coverage and service

I have an aging dog with an increasing number of ailments. It is such a relief to have Nationwide Pet Insurance. I know I can always take her in to the Vet right away and not feel the stress of having to make tough decisions because of the cost of treatments. I can comfortably get the best treatment for my fur baby and know that I will be reimbursed within a few days. I’m so grateful at the service, and how fast the payment comes back.
