I've worked as a medical secretary for the past 6 years and working with health insurance companies is a big part of my job. I am simply blown away by Embrace Pet Insurance in every category, so much so that I'm disappointed it's not available to humans!. The customer service may actually be the best I've ever gotten from any large company, insurance related or no. It is simply incredible how quick their employees are to reply to emails, and how kind and helpful their staff is. If you call them, you'll actually get a person on the phone right away! I am very grateful and glad that my pug has Embrace Insurance and recommend them to every pet owner I know. I live in NYC where veterinary bills are astronomical, and Embrace has helped cushioned the blow for many expensive crises. Two thumbs up!

I've been using Embrace for the past few years for both of my dogs. Their review of my claims has always been prompt, communicatiion at each stage of the claim process has been clear, and payment was turned around in a very reasonable 2 weeks time. I previously used VPI, but I find the service and staff at Embrace to be more responsive and the coverage options better tailored to my needs. The staff clearly cares as that comes through in all if the communication. In this particular case, one of my dogs developed optic neuritis, which required many visits to the vet for treatments. Yes please invest in your pet on getting your pet insured by the ASPCA. They are very helpful to me with my English Cocker Spaniel whom is diagnosed with Lymphoma. It is worth it believe me the cost of Veterinarians today is over the budget. ASPCA insurance helps immensely.

I previously had an adopted dog who developed severe orthopedic problems. The cost of physical therapy and other rehab. services just about 'broke the bank.' I swore that my next dog would have health insurance. After looking at multiple companies, I choose Trupanion. So far we haven't had any major health problems but Trupanion does pay 90% of the monthly cost of her eye drops for allergic conjunctivitus.I know that if she ever has a medical emergency or needs long term rehab services that Trupanion will be there so my girl can get the treatment she so rightly deserves.

My vet told me when I adopted a rescue that I should really consider Embrace for pet insurance instead of other services. I took a look online and did some research, Embrace was by far the best service for the price for my very active dog. We opted for the wellness and sick/injury coverage. About four months after having our new puppy she swallowed something, spent the night in the ER costing us a pretty penny - well Embrace covered exactly what they said they would not gimmicks, hassle - the reimbursement check was in my mailbox 2 weeks later and they even followed up to make sure we had received it. My own personal health insurance is not that good compared to Embrace and I have one of the leading carries in the US. All in all if you have a furry friend, sign up and make sure its with Embrace.

I switched from another pet insurance because Pets Best has better service. I'm completely happy with it. When I get a second dog, I will add her to this plan.
