I've been been trupanion for a little over a year now and although i have not needed the insurance I've only submitted 2 claims of which one was declined how ever the other one wasn't. The experience was quick and favorable trupanion processed my claims quickly and efficiently and followed up with me on my pets health status. i must say that my almost two year premium almost paid off on my one claim and boy was I happy to know that it was cover it saved me a big expense at a time that I was needing the most help. The experience I've had with Embrace has been nothing short of excellent. My wire haired dachshund Mabel developed a heart condition this past summer. I have submitted numerous claims on her behalf and Embrace has reimbursed everything (less our $500 deductible and 10% co-pay) to the penny including the bills from specialists. They pay the amount the vets actually charge and not an amount that some other insurers do, what they consider to be "reasonable." The only mistake I made was not getting coverage for meds as this is now running over $100 a month. I have amended my policy to include drug coverage for my other dog for only an additional $5 a month. I can't recommend Embrace highly enough.

This is my first claim although I have had the insurance for about 4 1/2 yrs. The service was very fast, reimbursement in a week.The paperwork was handled very professional, but some how I missed the fact that I had to pay the $500.00 deductible plus 35% co-pay, but all in all I am satisfied.

We have had pet insurance for 5yrs now from ASPCA. We have been extremely satisfied with the coverage. Our pet has gotten sick several times during these past 5yrs and if it had not been for our insurance we would probably had to put her down.

This is my first claim with embrace, I was pleased with the experience. The claim was processed and paid in a decent time frame and they covered exactly what I expected.

Embrace is very responsive, and really seems to care about the "patients." They process claims quickly and provide comfort knowing that we are insured in case we need it. We love our puppy and we are happy to have a great company like Embrace help us keep her healthy for many many years.
