My dog has a history of KCS in both eyes. In October 2018, a small growth appeared on her right cornea. Although it was initially presumed to be KCS inflammation, it was later diagnosed as carcinoma. The initial claim was denied as KCS, while pending biopsy results. I was later able to appeal the decision and it was overturned. Although the appeal process typically takes 30 days, I appreciate the fairness, diligence and compassion of petsbest. Your customer service staff is extremely friendly which is also appreciated by concerned pet owners such as myself. Thanks for all you do.
