Pets Best could not of been any quicker with my reimbursement of my 2 year old Great Danes surgery. I was notified step by step on where they were in the process and it took less then a week to get my check in the mail. VERY SURPRISED on how quick, easy, and COMPLETELY satisfied that I was with Pets Best Insurance. Thank you for making an already stressful situation with my pet going thru surgery as painless as possible. I took care of my pet and you took total charge of the insurance. VERY, VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

After an emergency trip into the animal hospital with one of my cats, I found myself frightened about the reality of the possibilities that the expense of three cats which I love so much could leave me broke or possibly have their life end because I couldn't afford their care! I called my granddaughter who is a Vet Tech while I was in the animal hospital waiting to hear what was wrong and she said, "grandma you really should get pet insurance", and then told me about Embrace Pet Insurance, and I signed up my three cats and as a result I was able to get their teeth examined and cleaned and one of them had been suffering with a fractured tooth and needed to be extracted! Had I not had Embrace to back me up, my poor cat would had gone on suffering without my knowing! Embrace helps me to be a greater pet owner and gives me peace of mind to know if need be in the event of what happened to my cat prior to Embrace, I could make the trip with.more confidence! Not many claims lately, but the past couple years we have had several claims. Our dog had radiation treatment for his cancer last year. I work for a hospital.... Billing/coding department. Pets best claim process works very well. Thank you

Great customer service, they keep you up to date on the status of everything via email. This is our first dog, and we were not sure about getting insurance. After plenty of research we decided on Embrace, and could not be happier. Peace of Mind, worth every penny.

I wish I could write a favorable review about this company but it sure lacks in the claims processing department. I have to resubmit the same claim several times in order to get everything paid. They seem to have tunnel vision and will only process 1 line at a time.

Bailey and I had a difficult and expensive year last year. She was misdiagnosed with Addison's disease, which led to several expensive treatments and specialists. She is now doing fine (no Addison's), but I was worried that Embrace might raise our premium, or drop us altogether. They didn't. Embrace covered everything with no hassle at all. We are customers for life.

We began coverage for our two dogs Jan 2016. In July one of our labs had a CCL injury requiring surgery, etc. Embrace customer service was responsive and helpful before and during the process, and paid the claim quickly. I am glad we chose Embrace Ins and would recommend this company to any pet owner. Thanks for the great service!

We have had both our dogs insured and have NEVER regretted it! We have dealt from a fish hook through the tongue to emergency care due to ingestion of toxic substances such as large consumption of the dog's medication. Most recently, our 8 year old Lab had to have surgery to remove 3 teeth.The reimbursement from our insurance for these incidents have significantly helped with expenses. We especially like the fact that there is a yearly deduction rather than a per incident.

We love Embrace Pet Insurance! We have had an expensive year with a new pup and some unexpected medical stuff with both our furry kids. Embrace is fast, kind, and wonderful to work with. The wellness dollars have been handy for exams, flea/tick meds, and other routine stuff. We are thankful to have insurance on our furry kids!
