What an awesome insurance company. My claims have been handled fast. I also appreciate the way they let you know they have received the claim and it is being reviewed. Then you get an email to let you know the outcome of the claim. Very fast and professional.

Great customer service
I called in twice to review coverage and add wellness coverage. Both representatives were extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything.
I was then having an issue uploading a claim. I emailed and Jason immediately resolved the matter. I feel my puppy and I are well informed and covered.

Thankful!
I purchased insurance on my 4 Great Danes hoping that I would never need to use it until my puppy needed shoulder surgery at only 9 months old. I really wasn't paying attention to the cost of the procedure, I just wanted the doctor to fix him and I'd deal with how to pay for it later. I'm thankful that I have Embrace, their turnaround time from the receipt of the claim to the release of a payment has been excellent and they have helped take the weight of the financial burden off of our shoulders.

ASPCA Has Exceeded Expectations....TWICE
My cat has had to have medical care twice after eating foreign objects. The second time he had to have surgery. It was very easy to submit a claim online. I uploaded my vet bills and wrote a brief explanation of the incident and that was all there was to it. ASPCA paid my claim within 5 days both times. I am more than pleased and would recommend them to everyone!
