ASPCA has made it easy for a dog mom like me, taking my boy to the vet with any slight discomfort he would show, knowing ASPCA will back me up.

When my corgi had an emergency recently, the bill quickly skyrocketed. It was reassuring to know that Nationwide would help offset some of the expense. They did, and they did it quickly. That has always been my experience with this company. My dog is fine now btw.

This is a lot of my fault. It's hard when you're rescuing puppies last minute and they need to see the vet asap. I didn't have time to wait 14 days for the underwriting process and $800 later, Nationwide was not on my side. Then they proceeded to tell me their worms were a "preexisting condition" which is false, they got worms because their previous owner left them in the field to eat poop and mud (didn't even submit this, the customer care individual just wanted to inform me). Make sure you get this way in advance before you start considering pet insurance. At this point, I don't need it and why would I pay $120/per pet if I won't even reach the $250 deductible (per pet) this year. I'll just use another insurance provider when it's time to renew their shots. Gave it a shot and wasted my money. blah

I've been with Nationwide for years. They make submitting a claim easy, process it quickly, explain the benefits and reimbursement, and reimburse me promptly. I love the new feature for electronic reimbursement. I appreciate being able to email the claims. All in all, I have been very pleased with service.

I really appreciate how we’ve been able to have nationwide as backup with all these vet bills for my dog Brie. She’s had an ongoing UTI that just refuses to clear up and they haven’t wavered on helping me be able to afford her treatments until we can get his figured out. Thank you

I signed up for pet insurance about 2 years ago for my terrier mix when she started to show signs of aging. Embrace Pet Insurance was the best choice I could have made; customer service was always kind, informative and quick to respond, submitting claims and receiving reimbursement was easy and quick. Unfortunately, Shelby had to be put down in April, and when I notified Embrace, they were so kind, it was like family. They sent cards, helped with reimbursement for all her care and euthanasia, and waited as long as I needed to close her insurance policy. I'm still blown away by how kind and helpful everyone at Embrace has been. If you need pet insurance (which I HIGHLY recommend and wished I had done sooner), look no further than Embrace!

Nationwide has been great to work with. Very easy process and good explanations of how to submit forms. Wish all insurance companies were this good!
