We adopted Atz Lee, a shepherd/lab mix, 6/12/13. I got his on insurance on 6/14. We had to use it that week for Kennel cough. Then in Dec. he had to have surgery on one of his hips. Embrace made it very easy to send in our claims and answered all my questions. Everyone is pleasant, reimbursement comes quickly and they always follow up. We also purchased the well care coverage which has helped with vaccines and his upcoming neutering. Thank you Embrace Team!

My pet has been insured through Pets best for several years now. Thankfully, I purchased the insurance several years ago, and several months later, my pet lost his sight due to Cataract/Glaucoma. I take him to his eye specialist several times a year and am prescribed prescriptions and have never had any issues with claims. The claims are processed within days. They are excellent.

I have had Embrace since my dog was a puppy, six years ago. Seems I pay my policy but it never pays me for claims. Maybe time to investigate other pet insurance carriers. Service us great but disappointed in the policy.

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has been covering my furry babies for many years, and I have been very satisfied with the customer service, ease of filling out claims and the quick turnaround for reimbursement. Through the years, several of our cats have passed away, and when the company heard about our loss, they were very supportive and compassionate. I highly recommend this insurance to others.

I could not have had a better experience with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance! I am so happy with my experience that I encourage others to try this insurance as well.I have two cats: one covered under ASPCA, another covered under 24PetWatch. My cats ate the leaves from a lily plant, which I didnt know were so highly toxic, they can kill pets within 72 hours. They were hospitalized for 3 days. It was traumatic for them and for me. When I filed my two claims, the check from ASPCA Insurance came back within about 10 days. I had a couple of questions about the coverage, but everything was straightforward and covered according to the ASPCA plan that I had signed up for. (On the other hand, I am still fighting my claim with 24PetWatch. They have told me that this claim falls under "digestive" issues and not "accident", therefore sent me a check for less than one third of what should have been reimbursed. I will write another review about them.) The ASPCA Pet Health Insurance were kind, considerate, and easy to work with. I called them to review the reimbursement and they were very helpful and supportive. They didn't try to skimp me on anything. After I called them the day it happened, just to make sure everything would be covered, they even followed up with a call a day later, and then 3 days later, to see how my cat was doing. After spending a fair amount of time reviewing the multitude of pet insurance providers I decided to go with Healthy Paws. I called up with some questions and satisfied with the responses I signed up on the phone. Excellent customer service. Not expecting to use it anytime soon I was going to change the deductible to $500. Then Cosmo was hit by a taxi and a kind neighbor rushed him to the emergency room. The vet took great care of him. Luckily the insurance coverage had kicked in before the accident. Cosmo had a broken leg and some abrasions...very lucky. The process to submit the claim was simple and fast. My only issue is the doctor exam was not covered. I can understand if it was just a routine exam but this was not. Overall I would highly recommend Healthy Paws

My Italian Greyhound, Joey, has had some bad luck with his health since we got him. I'm so thankful that a friend of mine guided me to a review website for pet insurance where I saw fantastic reviews for Healthy Paws and decided to sign Joey up. It is definitely worth the $30 a month. Not only do I get a great reimbursement for his bills, but I always received an email asking how Joey is and that the company hopes he gets better soon. Customer service is wonderful.
