I love these guys. I am especially pleased when I have to call them, because each time, a person just picks up the phone and solves my issue. They are absolutely quick, fair, and reasonably priced. I have a great sense of peace knowing my kitty is protected and when he needs his vet, I won't have huge headaches later on.

Getting health insurance for my dog was one of the best decisions I made. My claims are paid quickly and without hassle. I have to say that the service I get with Healthy Paws for my dog is better than the service I get from my own health insurance company. I usually get reimbursed for my claim within a week after filing it. They've even covered acupuncture for my dog after she had Bell's palsy. I highly recommend Healthy Paws.

Having Embrace has definitely been beneficial for us and our bulldog. The 4 claims we've submitted for accident/illness, Embrace has communicated with us and kept us updated on the progress. We've received reimbursement for all! The time it has taken for our claims to process has been long at times but overall we're very happy!

The wellness portion of the policy is a moneysaver as I regularly get preventative meds and exams for my dog, who is a therapy dog and must be healthy for his visits to the hospital and nursing home. A preapproval form was submitted when the vet determined my dog needed surgery and the claim was processed before she came out of anastetia (sp?). Trupanion stands by their guarantee. I have had terrible experiences with other pet insurance companies.

I adopted a 6-month puppy August, 2012. After spending quite a bit of money sugically to fix a pre-existing broken foot condition, I decided to get pet insurance for my little boy. I scrutinized every pet health care plan available and decided upon Healthy Paws due to their overall coverage of medical issues and excellent pricing.
