Hassle free ,fast claims processing.
Very pleased. Communications ie. Txt and emails kept me updated on status and the amount my claim would paid. It matched exactly what I had calculated the payment to be. Received my payment in the mail in a timely manner. Have since changed my claims to be direct deposited to my checking account. Also my regular vet for my dog processed invoice to trupanion from their office and claim was processed with a response in minutes. I loved that. I knew the exact amount of the bill I was responsible for in minutes. That process works great.

CCL Surgery hassle free
After a significant knee injury which required serious pre-op care, an operation, and post-op care Trupanion did not hesitate to help with the process. The surgery pre-authorization quote, which was a several thousand dollar expense, took all of the stress out of the billing process. It was a great comfort to go into such a procedure without having the insurance coverage remain an unknown. We have already highly recommended trupanion to friends and will continue to do so.

Healthy Paws is the BEST
We are so grateful to Healthy Paws for being so reliable. Deciding which pet insurance to get can be challenging, so we read all different blog posts and reviews from other pet parents. Based on everything we read, we saw that everyone seems to love Healthy Paws. We are so glad we found them!
Our golden is 10 months old and unfortunately we have had a lot of health scares with her in the short time we have had her. Luckily, we have this amazing pet insurance that is so reliable, we have our reimbursements in our account within a week of submitting the claims.
