I had my doubts when I first enrolled Talullah (my cat) two years ago but my doubts were washed away after my first claim. Talullah recently was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in her mouth and had to have all but 2 teeth extracted. I have submitted 4 claims so far for Talullah and have received my reimbursements within two weeks of my claims. I've spoken with a representative a couple of times with questions and each time, the rep was courteous, knowledgeable, and voiced compassion and concern for Talullah. Talullah is on the road to recovery and so far, there has been no reoccurence of the tumor. Talullah would not be alive today if it were not for ASPCA Pet Insurance. I could never had afforded the surgery and aftercare necessary to keep her alive and well. The small monthly fee is well worth the peace of mind ASPCA Pet Health Insurance offers. Small white packet containing particles of Iron. Iron Poisoning can be life threatening. She spent three days in the hospital where she was flushed out from both ends. The end result was she never developed the poisoning and we had a $2,300 bill to deal with. Trupanion covered everything they said they would. Our out of pocket costs was somewhere around $400.

This is my first year and first two claims with Healthy Paws. Not only were the claims processed and reimbursements sent within a few days but a representative followed up to see how my pet is recovering from his tummy issues. I couldn't be happier that I switched my pup to this company.

We chose Healthy Paws based on other reviews online, but no personal experience. Well now we can attest to the fact that they are a company that delivers! We've had a couple of hospitalizations with our two french bulldogs that were scary, but we didn't have to worry about covering the bills, because Healthy Paws delivered on its coverage agreement with no hassles. The hospital submitted the bill directly to Healthy Paws, and within two weeks we had a reimbursement check and an email inquiring into the progress of our baby. We've had ASPCA insurance for 4 years. I wish we had it when we first got Patches. We spent $5,000-6,000 on emergency visits in that first year. Since then we've filed the normal claims for sickness, but the greatest help comes when he hurts himself. ASPCA is quick to evaluate claims and send the check. We are very pleased with the coverage and service. I know we'll continue to need it as our little guy gets older.

I rescued a Greyhound that got a sudden illness. Pets Best came to the rescue and was a HUGE help for me and for Max's medical bills! I filed my claim and was reimbursed extremely fast. I can't say enough good things about this company and what they do for people facing large vet bills like myself.

Sofia had to have several blood and urine tests to determine that she does have Cushing. I submitted the claims which were handled quickly and the checks arrived in the mail promptly.My only negative thing about the way the claims are handled is that it may seem that in NYC, where I live, the cost of those tests are higher than the allowance set by Petshealth Care Plan. So it was a bit costly for us. Otherwise, the phone people were very helpful, polity and caring.
