Disappointed re: what ASPCA considers "reasonable"
I am very disappointed in this insurer and do not recommend it. Given that the policy alleges that a client can use "any vet" and be reimbursed at 80% of the amount bf the vet bill, I wrongly assumed that this insurance would have a reimbursement rate of 80% based upon a realistic fee. Albeit certain "reasonable rates" defined by ASPCA are surprisingly high (eg $120 for a specialist consultation), others are absurdly low (eg $27. for a urinalysis regardless of whether it was done in house or sent out to a lab) and just slightly over $200. for a multi-organ abdominal ultrasound performed by the same specialist that ASCPA considers $120. an appropriate fee for a consultation. Finally, the "reasonable" fees do not appear to be available until a claim is filed although a customer service rep suggested obtaining an estimate from the vet and then waiting to have services performed until ASPCA has an opportunity to "evaluate it" Overall, I am finding that I am being reimbursed at about 50% of the vet expenses that I was promised would be reimbursed at 80%. This insurance does not provide me the peace of mind that I hoped it would provide when I purchased it. And the company appears unwilling to make their list of "reasonable fees" upon which they provide reimbursement available. Moreover, although the staff is pleasant on the phone, I feel that find it annoying and unacceptable that I find their lack of transparency about determining reasonable fees to be unacceptable.

Finally a great Pet Plan
I had my first claim with Embrace when my best little four legged buddy scratched his eyeball chasing lizards or something and all the claims were handled very promptly and I actually got a check!! Something that never happened with the old plan. I am so happy and I am telling my pet loving friends to use Embrace.

Excellent Service
We have been an Embrace client for 2 months and think their customer service is excellent.. They follow up immediately and respond in kind. We have had other insurance in the past and wish we knew about Embrace earIre. I also feel by the way they respond they really care about us and our dog. In this era of poor customer service, their excellent service is so appreciated

great service, & fast turnaround time on claims!
Wellness- I filled a wellness claim for my four and half month old min pin. He was nutured, microchipped, received two shots and some pain medication for the surgery it was a little more complicated than orininaly thought so he was given pain meds and antibiotics to go home with also his monthly heart worm treatment which was all covered in the end his final bill was 229.00And our refund was 224.83. I filed the claim on Monday the claim was done by Friday that same week! I couldn't ask for faster service than that!

Finally a great pet insurance plan
I have tried other pet insurances and there was always excuse after excuse of why they didn't pay but not with Embrace. I have met my deduct on my dog's first injury and they are sending me a check. :)

100% satisfied with ASPCA Pet Insurance
We have had ASPCA pet insurance for a few years now and have always been very happy with the service and coverage. The agents are very professional and friendly, and it's nice that they take that extra effort to check up on our dog after we submit a claim.

Embrace the embracers
I love these guys. I am especially pleased when I have to call them, because each time, a person just picks up the phone and solves my issue. They are absolutely quick, fair, and reasonably priced. I have a great sense of peace knowing my kitty is protected and when he needs his vet, I won't have huge headaches later on.

Great service
Getting health insurance for my dog was one of the best decisions I made. My claims are paid quickly and without hassle. I have to say that the service I get with Healthy Paws for my dog is better than the service I get from my own health insurance company. I usually get reimbursed for my claim within a week after filing it. They've even covered acupuncture for my dog after she had Bell's palsy. I highly recommend Healthy Paws.

very usefull, great to have for our bullie!!
Having Embrace has definitely been beneficial for us and our bulldog. The 4 claims we've submitted for accident/illness, Embrace has communicated with us and kept us updated on the progress. We've received reimbursement for all! The time it has taken for our claims to process has been long at times but overall we're very happy!

Wonderful staff and quick payments very happy!
I have had othe pet insurance companies in the past , embrace is by far the best , no red tape fast pay,nets , constant contact while yur claim is being processed .
And the best part very friendly staff !
My partner and I could not be happier knowing they have our french bulldog , Anna-Bella coverd with no hassle insurance !
