I was already very happy with ASPCA insurance due to fair reimbursements in a timely manner. Then, I lost my dog to cancer. When I submitted the claims and requested cancellation of policy, I received two very nice cards and a phone call AND an email expressing sympathy. I was so impressed. Everything was processed smoothly for that last claim. I feel like there are real people who love animals there....CPU Don't recommend more highly.

If I could pick one thing about this insurance company is that their customer service is the best! The employees actually care about your adopted "KID". Always kind and understanding. The actual owner worked many years ago with one of the so called "best, well know" insurance company, did not like what was going on and started his own. I thank the heavens above for that. I had the fore-sight to get my rescue Pets Best and the name speaks for itself. I recommend this company to Chauncy's friends parents. Vet bills can run high as we all know. Try them out, you will not regret your decision.

Our dog became ill and we had to take him to an afterhours vet. He was given meds and the next day I filed the claim with the insurance company. Their response and handling time was very fast! Definitely a monthly premium well spent!

We got pet insurance for our Golden Retriever puppy and it was the best decision we could make as pet owners. Things happen. She swallowed a toy which was lodged in her stomach when she was just a puppy. She had a sliver of metal in her paw that had to be surgically removed. All within her first year. Trumpanion was always timely in their processing of our claims and our reimbursement check would come in the mail within one month of the vet procedures.

Again, we thank you for taking care of Augie's bill. Thank goodness vet visits are on the decline, but we still have our share. We own a dog grooming shop and refer all of our puppy customers to you. You are the best!

I have always found everyone to be great too work with at Pets Best. Their customer service has always been very knowledgeable and extremely courteous whenever I have called on prior claims, and very quick and efficient with their claims adjusting too. I am very happy with Pets Best and just added my new adopted Greyhound, Brando to my policy.
