First Claim Submission
We joined Embrace back in July and have had nothing but superb results with them. Unfortunately our dog had to have 2 teeth pulled and within 10 days we had the claim paid. Also took care of her yearly shots. So far all is great and we can only imagine in continuing this way

Trustworthy Friendly and Transparent
Embrace offers uncomplicated, carefully explained, simple to understand pet insurance. It delivers what it offers with the added component of a very friendly, knowledgeable phone staff. All claims quickly addressed for about 4 or 5 years now. Just sorry I didn't know about Embrace sooner.

Completely satisfied
Trupanion provided the benefits which I expected and did so in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to any pet owner, and I would not own a pet without having the coverage which Trupanion offers.

Run from this company
I rescued a two month puppy. If you go on facebook you can see her picture. They denied her claim. The vet confirmed there was nothing in her prior records to do that.
She just got the same medicine. Seriously a one year old rescue puppy . How could they do that.

Health Paws is fast, no quibbling or runaround.
Health Paws is a lifesaver. I have two pets covered by my policy. Both have had claims for surgeries and illnesses. Most recently, my Doberman Pinscher was bitten by a rattlesnake. Treatment is quite expensive. I had a check in hand for the covered amount within the week. Believe me the policy has more than paid for itself. Having a previous history with other pets with out insurance, do yourself a favor and get insurance. It's not if you will need it, but when you will need it and Healthy Paws has been excellent.

Embrace Service
I have had my dogs insured with Embrace for the past two years. Service and payment is extremely prompt and just as advertised. I have never had any issues. I couldn't ask for a better insurance. Wish my human insurance was. This prompt and accurate. Love Embrace.

Very unhappy with the amount of time Trupanion took to process my claims.

Great so far
We were given Lulu in November 2012 by neighbors who no longer could keep her. We shopped around for insurance plans and decided to go with ASPCA (as we are also Guardian Members) because the had the best coverage plans. We signed Lulu up in February 2013. We had her spayed and paid for that ourselves, our vet offers a "vaccines for life" program, $60 one time fee and all vaccines are covered. Needless to say, we will only have claims for anything major (injury, etc).
My only complaint is that the flea / heartworm preventative coverage is very low, $60/year. It's roughly $120/yr for each. I feel the reimbursement amount should be increased.
The turnaround time for reimbursement has been excellent.
