The insurance so far has been wonderful. Claims are easy to submit. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Having my insurance plan has been a true life (and bank) saver!!
My dog Riley has been sick off and on most of the time I have had her. She was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that will require lifeline medication. In the last few months I've had vet bills in excess of $7,000. I submitted claims after each expensive trip to the hospital or vet. At least 1/2 of those totals were paid by the insurance plan. Thank goodness I purchased the plan shortly after adopting Riley, The Million Dollar Doggo!

It’s very easy to use and gives me peace of mind that that we won’t have to make cost decisions around our dog.
The insurance is well worth the cost, the claims are very easy to submit and I’ve had good claim turnaround.
The key part of the insurance is that it removes the worry of having to make a decision to not treat your pet due to cost.

Disappointed
You guys do a really good job. I just had one issue a few weeks ago when I called in to inquire about a claim. The phone rep from nationwide didn’t seem to know how to answer my questions. Other then that I’m happy with nationwide

Very easy to use but wish you'd pay up front when no money on hand in an emergency
Great insurance and very easy to use and paid quickly. wish you would pay upfront in an emergency because money may be an issue at that time

Fat Tumor removal
The fact that Otto is insured was a major relief as I knew that if anything went wrong, I wouldn't have to concern myself with the cost and could direct all my attention to ensuring his well being.

Your screwed if only had the Nation Wide for 4 mo or so .They will not pay !! Be careful you all.
These people do not care about your dog. I've been paying for Nationwide insurance for 4 mo. My dog hurt his leg they said they will not pay for it until I pay Nationwide insurance for almost 2 years. They are c**p !! MY OPINION
