Embrace employees have been understanding and very helpful with my claim.

I have never had an issue with a call taker but this person did not know her subject matter and was contradicting what she had said when I asked questions about her statement. If this was my first time, it would have been my last time. She was inept.

We have a 2-year old lab who's been insured with Embrace since the was a two-month old puppy. She's has several trips to the vest for injuries and illnesses, including one surgery, all of which were covered by Embrace. The online forms made is simple to submit a claim, upload your receipts, and check the status. It's a simple process to receive payment for the claim. We're very satisfied with the customer service.

I have submitted several claims for my near 13-year-old Golden, each has been covered with no hiccups. The process was quick and if I've had questions, customer service was excellent. My only complaint is they discontinued their breeder program, I really enjoyed being able to send puppies home with 30 days free coverage.

Our Dudley slipped his lead on a rail trail and was a lost dog for 18 days. When we got him back he was severely injured in the neck. Healthy Paws was there to help and it was so awesome how the company works with the owners to keep claims moving. The ease of access and convenience with submitting claims via the Healthy Paws app was so wonderful, especially since we were on the move all the time to keep up with our boy's recovery, and customer service was very accomodating each time that i called with questions. I received my reimbursement for Dudley's hospital care in a timely manner and didn't have to stress about where that money was going to come from. I would highly recommend this company to other pet owners. You just never know when you might need to use it. I sure didn't see our situation coming, but I was so glad I had Healthy Paws there to support me. They even followed up to see how Dudley was doing in his recovery. Amazing!

I had last looked at pet insurance a number of years ago and the combination of coverage vs cost was not enough to convince me to go that direction. Under their Wellness program they offer 90% reimbursement for virtually everything after an annual $250 deductible ! The best part is, they live up to it in every way. Nationwide has been fast, extremely easy to deal with, easy to submit claims and fast reimbursement !! I would absolutely recommend them to any who want to protect themselves and their pets from expected (and unexpected) health expenses.
