Trupanion has always come through for me.

Trupanion saved my dog's life and has given us at least two more years together, and still counting. I never could have afforded his treatment on my own. They are quick to repsond, helpful and nice. Highly recommend.

I have had excellent service from Embrace. They were very helpful when explaining what they could offer, patiently answering all my questions. They have been very fair in processing the claims I have sent. They are also very good about follow up regarding the status of claims.

Easy claim filing and fast processing.

Overall I found Healthy Paws customer service courteous and the claims process was very easy; however, I found it strange that when I submitted a claim, only the percentage of the claim that equaled my reimbursement percentage was applied towards my deductible. For example, if I chose a 90% reimbursement rate after my annual deductible was met, then only 90% of the total amount of my claim was applied. When I questioned the company about this calculation, no one (even management) could provide me with an answer as to why. In my 3rd year of coverage, my premium jumped 25% with no warning. That was the last straw for me.
